	(a) Germany – Attended a four party's convention at Berlin, Germany during April 2008 as a member of an Indian National Congress delegation. The delegations from Brazil, Germany, South Africa and India interacted on International political scenario, inflation and food crisis, global warming, women empowerment etc. (b) China – Toured China as a Members of Congress Party goodwill delegation; visited Beijing, Shangai, Hangchow and Honkong to improve relations between the two majors political parties of the world. (c) Spain – Attended International Parliamentary Unit (IPU) conference held at Madrid. (d) France – Visited Paris (e) Nepal – Visited twice as part of Indian National Congress goodwill delegations. Maj. Ved Prakash is a well travelled person who has visited all the states of India and has functioned as a bridge between AICC, PCCs and the party leaders all over India for the past many years, keeping the interest of the Congress Party uppermost in the mind.
