कांग्रेस यात्रा 2010 - प्रथम चरण - एक सफल कहानी

The Congress Yatra flaged off by AICC General Secretary Shri Rahul Gandhi from Ambedkarngar on April 14th 2010 has proved extremely successful in its first phase.

Dedicated Congress Workers and Leaders have covered nearly 28,400 kilometers in 50 Parliamentary Constituencies, 232 Assembly Constituencies and 438 Blocks across the state.

The Party has organized 1,169 Block level and 467 Assembly level Public Meetings in the last one month.

Moreover the party has also felicitated 1,692 Freedom Fighters, families of Martyrs and Senior Congressmen.

The Yatra in its first phase also covered 356 places of historical importance in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

The second phase of the Yatra will have more National Leaders participating in the Yatra and Public Meetings and the Yatra will focus to establish a connect with the past and emphasize how to make the future better.
